Love this product
I take (2) 1 hr pre-workout instead of taking a pre now. then I take (1) mid afternoon. Keep in mind I have a HIGH tolerance for any medication, my body metabolisms them quickly.. could it do that with fat, hell no! I do cycle these with another burner, meaning when I complete a bottle, I take another brand with different ingredients, finish that bottle and start again with VPX.
