Suggested Daily Dose
Vitamints™ Active contains Co-Enzyme Q10 which needs to be taken in the suggested daily amount to achieve the desired support of activity. We therefore do not recommend any reduction to the suggested dose.
Adults: 4 tablets a day.
Up to 10 Vitamints™ a day can be safely consumed.
Teenagers: 3 tablets a day
Up to 10 Vitamints™ a day can be safely consumed.
Children (2-10 years): 2 tablets a day
Up to 5 Vitamints™ a day can be safely consumed.
