Vibrant Health U.T. Health for Dogs & Cats holistic formula is based off of Vibrant Health U.T. Health for Dogs & Cats and has been adapted for use in dogs and cats. E. Coli is attracted to D-Mannose and will dislodge from the urinary tract wall, attach to the D-Mannose, and be excreted from the body. In this way, D-mannose helps to eradicate bacteria from the urinary tract. Antioxidant-rich plants such as parsley, goldenrod, and dandelion support and restore urinary tract health by promoting urination and cleansing internally.
D-MANNOSE
D-Mannose is an anti-microbial sugar that occurs naturally in cranberries. Its not metabolized like most sugars, which means it doesnt disrupt pH or blood sugar balance, it doesnt cause additional pancreatic stress (insulin release), and it doesnt change the level of good to bad bacteria in your pets digestive tract. While getting eliminated from the body through the urinary tract, D-Mannose binds to sites where bacteria are attached. The bacteria, particularly E. Coli, are attracted to D-Mannose and get dislodged, then eliminated from the body along with the D-Mannose.
Directions: Mix into your pet’s food 3x per day during crisis until entire container is consumed.

Large Dogs (60+ lbs): 1 scoop/3x day

It works!
Vibrant compound U.T. Health for cats was recommended by my daughter who is a manager in the wellness department at her store because it worked for her customers, and indeed it worked for our cat. However, our cat's U.T. problem has returned and so I'm re-ordering the same product. Hopefully, this will not be an on-going purchase; unless, of course, it is the nature of this disease.
