Directions
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules in the morning or pre-workout, preferably on an empty stomach. For those sensitive to stimulants you may choose to begin with one (1) capsule. Do not exceed three (3) capsules per day and 45 days of continuous use. May cause sleeplessness if consumed late day. .
