Directions

As a dietary supplement, mix 3 level tablespoons of Staminex® in your favorite beverage such as tomato, apple, cranberry, or whatever suits your taste. In warm water it has a bouillon-like taste. It is best to mix in a blender or a shaker jar. This product is recommended for adults only.

Tips On Taste: Make it sweet and cold -- the colder the better! Fruit juices like orange, cranberry, apple, and V8 are favorites. Try it in fruit yogurt, in a carob flavored milk shake or in your carrot and celery juice. A great recipe is: thoroughly mix one cup yogurt, one banana, ice cubes and Staminex. honey or other sweetener enhances the taste.
