Satisfying, Tasty, No-Whey Protein Bar
RX Bars are my favorite protein bars because they contain no dairy. For me, that means hurray! no whey! I am allergic to whey. Also I have mild sensitivity to sugar. Guess what? No added sugar either! Bottom line: This is a protein bar that I can digest, tastes great, and does not spike my blood sugar. All-around winner for me! One caveat: These are made with dates and can be quite sticky. Those with dental fixtures such as braces, bridges, or crowns, be forewarned: the sticky texture might damage them. The Maple Sea Salt flavor has a better texture in my opinion than some of the other RX bar flavors because it seems to be a little less sticky. Also that maple taste with sea salt is out of this world.
