ok multi vitamin
This is a great multi vitamin it has no after taste nor does it upset my stomach, It has many nutrients that give me more energy than i already have with a bigger does for people who workout.

This is the perfect multivitamin for guys. I love that it has so many micro-nutrients that you might normally not get in an average diet. There is enzymes in this too which will help you break down the big meals you as a MAN will eat. This is definitely a part of my workout regimen, I also take a simple whey protein (usually just the cheapest one, I don't find any differences between brands)

Yet another great, reliable product from optimum nutrition. I have been taking the opti-men multi vitamin daily for a few weeks now and can def feel the difference, especially with my energy levels throughout the day. I also like how you only need to take 1 capsule at a time as a pose to other brands that want you to shove 4 down your throat.
