I researched the protein powders and watched several youtube videos for ingredients and ratings of the different products. Since I am lactose intolerant, this is the one for me. The Tahitian Vanilla flavor is a little strong but goes very well with my overnight oats that I have almost every morning. I am an older female and very physically active with work outdoors. It is a game changer for me.
