Ok product
I started using this about 3 months or so as a multi-vitamin. After a few days I was keeping up with kids that are 10 and 15 years younger than me! My physical fatigue doesn't exist, my blood pressure is in a good range again, I have NO recovery time because I don't get the stiff sore muscle feeling anymore, and other than the flush/tingle feeling I get on my face from time to time, I have no complaints. I would recommend this to anyone.
