I've been taking this for years and I absolutely love it. Helps with anxiety ,stress . I take 1 in the morning. Also helps with sleep so I take 2-3 at night. I give some to friends and family to try as well.

This product really helps me get to sleep if I’m anxious. It calms me down. It’s also great if I wake in the night and can’t get back to sleep. I wouldn’t take it during the day, but it’s great if I give my body time to rest after taking it.

After 2 days of taking them I got a really bad cold and I’ve been taking them more often and just after the day ends I feel so drained I’ve noticed if I don’t take these pills I’m not as drained during the end Of the day.

This has really helped calm my anxiety , and relaxed me. I’m skeptical about trying things, but I’m sure happy I tried this.
