This is the perfect supplement when your trying to fast. It curbs you appetite , doesn't get you in a bad mood and gives you lots of energy and it makes you sweat more during cardio! of course if you take it at least 30min before . the first pill might speed up your heart rate but after that you should feel ok. At least I did. This has been the only pill that has done it for me.
