Extra jittery
I took the Fastin for the 1st time this morning. I am extra jittery and feel like my heart is racing. I’m hoping that it’s only because my system isn’t used to it but not sure I can take it again feeling like this. I’ve never had this reaction with any diet pill.

It effects on my sleep. That's I hate. Other than that it works
It really help me with cravings and hunger, but it effects on my sleep. I only take one in the morning, but I can't sleep until maybe 2 or 3 am. That's the only down some de for me.
