Do I Need An Estrogen Blocker?
Most users should not require an estrogen blocker during a cylce of Ostagenin Max. EPG recommends a 4 week cycle, so if you do experience any increase in estrogen levels, or just want to be on the safe side, then you can begin running an estrogen blocker during your 3rd and 4th weeks. Each bottle of of Ostagenin Max is a 1 month supply. Do not take for more than 8 consecutive weeks (2 bottles). If you do decide to take it for the full 8 weeks, remember to include an estrogen blocker.
Men: Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening. You can take it with or without food.
