Target- Mins are made with specific free-form amino acids for optimal mineral delivery. A daily intake of zinc is needed as the body does not store it. Zinc maintains healthy activity at the cellular level, and plays a role in immune function.
Suggested Use
Adults take one (1) tablet daily with food. Do not exceed recommended dose. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.

Better immune
We bought these zinc to help with our immune system to boost it up little by little . So far it is really good :) one of my friends who takes a natural zinc referred us to these .
