Country Life's Mega CoQ10 Q-Gel is hydrosoluble and employs the patented BioSolv delivery system. This delivery system enhances Coenzyme Q10 absorption compared to softgel capsules in oil suspension.
Suggested Use
Adults take one (1) softgel daily with food or as directed by a health care professional. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.

Gelatin (capsule shell), sorbitol, glycerin & purified water (capsule shell), polysorbate 80, liquid soy lecithin, medium chain triglycerides, annatto seed extract (color), soybean oil.
