Bluebonnet’s Super Quercetin® Capsules are specially formulated with a high potency combination of quercetin, identity-preserved (IP) vitamin C, rose hips, acerola, rutin, citrus bioflavonoids (such as hesperidin) and pineapple bromelain. Available in easy-to-swallow vegetable capsules for maximum assimilation and absorption.

Vitamins are essential organic nutrients found in food. “Essential” means that vitamins cannot be manufactured in your body – or else they are produced in very limited amounts – so you must get them either from diet or via supplementation. “Organic” means that vitamins are carbon-containing – what’s known as “life-giving” – compounds. They trigger cellular processes throughout your body. You can’t live – or at least you can’t live well – without them. Vitamins are necessary for the normal functioning, growth, repair, and maintenance of all of the cells and tissues in the body. Vitamins are either fat-soluble (Table 6) or water-soluble (Table 7). The difference reflects the way your body absorbs, transports and stores them. The water-soluble vitamins – B and C – are absorbed by intestinal cells and delivered directly to your blood stream. Your body can only store small amounts of these vitamins – and then for only one to four days (B12 is the one exception to this rule). So you need to replenish water-soluble vitamins every day.
