Like the sun came out
You can't always assume that a single change in your life, like a new vitamin, accounts for a change in your outlook on life. But every so often I run out of Answers From Nature's B-Healthy, and I can tell the difference after a couple of weeks. Then I start again and I can tell the difference, again! I have also used a competing product with a similar formulation by a different manufacturer, but this is the one I like.
