Caffeine That Can Be Taken All the Time

I have started using this product about 3 months ago just because I've been trying to eat healthier. The first time I made a drink with it, I noticed I had a higher level of concentration and I felt a rush of energy. Nowadays I take this when I'm studying or have a very task-full day, so this provides a fast nutrition plus energy. The taste is good but it may feel a bit bitter if you're not used to Yerba Mate

Say Goodbye to Coffee!

This product totally substituted coffee for me. I used to feel a headache throughout the day after my caffeine intake would fade out. With this energy drink I never have that feeling, it actually makes me feel great all day long. I tend to have one drink per day in the morning, but sometimes I have a second one in the afternoon if I am feeling sleepy. The best thing is, I truly feel a boost in my metabolism. The flavor is a bit bitter, but I don't care much about it if it's a healthy choice. Totally recommend it to anyone's diet! Also, if you are into Mate (an Argentinean beverage), this has a pretty similar aftertaste.
